Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Matt Peterson, doing business as Inflexxion Point (“we”) for The Performance Playbook by Inflexxion Point at app.inflexxionpoint.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

What the service is

A tool for running the Performance Playbook: a diagnostic of a business, a plan built from it, and a Momentum Matrix℠ that tracks the plan. It organizes information you provide and applies the Playbook’s rules to it. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and a score or flag is a reading of the information entered, not a prediction or a promise of any result.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
• You are responsible for what is done under your account and for the people you give access to.
• Give accurate information. The method is only as good as what goes into it.

Your information

You keep ownership of the information you put into the service. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter it, including any information about other people.

What you may not do

• Use the service unlawfully, or to harm others.
• Try to get into another firm’s or company’s information, or to break or overload the service.
• Copy, resell or republish the Playbook, the Momentum Matrix℠ or the service’s content, or reverse engineer the service, without our written permission.
• Copy, quote, summarize for others, record or republish the Playbook or the method’s lessons, scoring rules or templates, including by asking the service’s AI features to reproduce them.
• Connect an accounting account you are not authorized to connect.

Our materials

The Performance Playbook and the Momentum Matrix℠ are the property of Matt Peterson, doing business as Inflexxion Point. © 2026. You may use them through the service for your own engagements. No copying or distribution without permission.

Confidentiality. The Playbook, the method behind the Momentum Matrix℠, the lessons and scoring rules, and the way the service works are confidential to Inflexxion Point. You may use what you learn to run and improve your own company, but you agree not to copy, reproduce, publish or share the Playbook or those materials, or to build a competing product or training from them. Your own company’s information stays yours.

Third-party services

The service works with services we do not control, including QuickBooks Online (Intuit), our hosting and database providers, and optionally an AI model. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

AI drafting

AI drafting is optional and off until you turn it on. An AI may be wrong. It only drafts: nothing it produces counts until a named person accepts it, and you are responsible for what you accept.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or end features, and we will give notice of changes that matter.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your information (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make promises about results, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made from the service’s output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
